Are there transaction fees on top of the monthly price?
Starter and Professional plans have no additional transaction fees within your volume allowance. Enterprise plans are fully custom and may include a blended rate structure. Overages are billed at the rates shown in Add-Ons.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Enterprise plans have a minimum 12-month commitment.
Is there a free trial?
Starter and Professional plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to the plan's feature set, capped at 10% of the volume limit during trial.
What currencies can I be billed in?
We bill in GBP, EUR, or USD. Enterprise customers may request billing in additional currencies. All prices shown are in GBP; EUR and USD equivalents are based on the prevailing exchange rate at invoice date.
How does the SLA credit system work?
If we miss our published uptime SLA in any calendar month, Enterprise customers receive a service credit of 10× the downtime duration as a percentage of that month's fee, up to 100% of the monthly charge.
